A small institute, run by the people who teach in it
Petits Chefs Dubai teaches French cooking and baking from scratch to children aged 4–15, families and adults, from our studio at Expo Village. Six workstations, small teams, and a chef at the counter with them.

Operations & growth director
Turns big ideas into partnerships, proposals and plans people can actually use. Does everything except the cooking — and has been known to have opinions about that too.
Davin
Administration & social media manager
Keeps the details organised, the messages answered and the social feed moving. Usually knows what everyone needs before they have finished asking.
Angel
Sous chef & lead instructor
Turns professional technique into something young chefs can master, whether at the institute or in their own kitchen. Can guide ten children through pastry at once — and keep most of the flour on the table.
